Key Accountability

• Coordinate all functions at the Zonal level
• Facilitate planning and implementation of the project activities
• Assign and supervise work of Community facilitator
• Facilitate capacity building programs at the GP level of the assigned block
• Monitor Progress, resource utilization and facilitate community-based monitoring
• Facilitate the organization of Zonal review meetings on a quarterly basis
• Work with the Program Lead and Community Facilitators on regular review of progress and communication
• Participate and contribute at the regular block and GP level meetings
• Document good practices from the field
• Liaise with various stakeholders at the community level for better collaboration.
• Guide and support the Community Facilitator for smooth implementation of the program
• Conduct training cum review sessions for Community Facilitators and volunteers for the smooth operation of the program.

• Good written and verbal communication skills, both English and Odia
• Comfortable in Group interactions.
• Ability to delegate and monitor activities and drive for outcomes.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage complex priorities
