CYSD is a non-government, non-profit organisation which works for the development of deprived and marginalised people in the areas of Orissa. CYSD focuses on Primary Education, Rural Livelihood and Participatory Governance. It also addresses issues such as disaster management, health and sanitation, child rights, HIV/AIDS prevention and drug addiction rehabilitation and focuses particularly on women in all areas.

To take CYSD's vision forward, we need self motivated and vibrant professionals who have urge to work in social sector and make a difference.
