Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct orientation sessions for staff and creche caregivers on safety and security protocols.
  2. Evaluate buildings during the creche selection process and recommend renovations to meet safety standards.
  3. Collaborate with creche supervisors and cluster coordinators to ensure safety standards are upheld during renovations.
  4. Provide training and capacity building for creche caregivers, supervisors, and staff on safety and security measures.
  5. Perform regular assessments of individual creches to ensure adherence to safety protocols.
  6. Monitor and ensure compliance with identified safety standards in creches.
  7. Engage and motivate communities to participate in quarterly safety audits of creches.
  8. Issue action alerts in response to specific safety concerns, ensuring preparedness.
  9. Address safety-related grievances promptly and ensure effective resolution.
  10. Organize and lead review meetings focused on the safety and security of creches.
  11. Act as the first responder to any emergencies that occur within the creches.

 Qualification and Experience:

  • Education Qualification – MA in Social Work/Rural Development /MBA
  • Good team player, process understanding, self-driven and decision- making skills.
  • S/he should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the development sector or any technical area.
  • S/he should be willing to work in remote locations and travel frequently.

 Remuneration:

Rs.30,000/- per month + Travel as per the project norms
