In order to enhance the livelihoods of community members in a sustained manner, it is necessary not only to capacitate them on improved agricultural practices but also to focus on the preservation, management, and regeneration of natural resources including land, water, and forests. Keeping this in mind, the organization promotes activities such as land development, the creation of irrigation infrastructures, and horticulture promotion. In the realm of Natural Resource Management (NRM), we have made significant strides by helping farming families transform cultivable wasteland into productive land through field bonding, land levelling, and plantation activities. Additionally, we have developed common land using staggered contour trenching, field channels, water bodies, seed dibbling, and plantations, with particular attention to addressing sloped areas to conserve soil and water. Through these efforts, we aim to create a more sustainable and prosperous future for the communities we serve.
